We pride ourselves on our support

We close virtually every incident within 24 hours of it being notified to us and generally much faster than that.

We provide remote support and upgrades using Laplink Gold remote access software.

All our systems come with twelve month's support. Support agreements can be renewed repeatedly, for one or two years each time.

Seratel's support agreement includes free updates to new versions of the software with the same major version number.
